1. An official application form on the letterhead paper of your Company (Please see Sample Application Form)

It is necessary to indicate:

- product's name and contact details (legal address, postal address, phone, e-mail);
- product's types and quantity;
- prices;
- periodicity of deliveries;
- supply basis;
- requirements to quality;
- other essential terms of the deal.

2. A document certifying the registration of the applicant Company in the trading register (dated within the last 6 months).

3. A filled in Business partner form (Sample form).

4. In order to speed up the process you can forward us
- an approved ICPO (Please see the Sample),
- a letter of guarantee from your bank proving your financial sustainability.
