The forum is organized by the Russian Banks Association together with Regional Banks Association, National Funds Association with support of Russian Central Bank, President Representative in Privolzhskiy Federal District and Nizhniy Novgorod regional Government.

A Congress at the Forum includes over 70 reports on three main directions: "Development and passing of new bills to regulate bank activity", "Regional financial markets development - new opportunities for credit organizations" and "Creating of financial mechanism for Russian small enterprise development". In the Forum organizers opinion the suggestions offered at the Forum will become a base for new government policy for bank sector support.

Representatives of more then 100 organizations from 8 countries (Austria, Germany, Byelorussia, Czech Republic, the USA, France, Italy and Russia) will meet at the Forum.

In Award Ceremony took part: Sergey Samoilov - President Advisor, Sergey Generalov - Chairman Deputy of the State Duma Committee on Economical Policy and Enterprises, Pyotr Rubezhanskiy - Chairman of the Organization Committee of the "Gold Rubl" Competition, Alexandr Livshitz - "Russian Alluminiy" CEO deputy, Alexandr Zhukov - Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes, Julia Voronova - President of Non-commercial Partnership "National Corp. of Economical Development", Ella Pamfilova - Chairman of the President Committee on Human Rights, Vladimir Zmeyushenko - Chief-redactor of business-magazine "Profile" and other.

At the Ceremony were present representatives of more then 60 federal and regional media.

The Conference was organized by National Corp. of Economical Development. In the Conference take part representatives of state power institutes from Russia and Europe, Ministries and Departments of RF, Federal Council members, Russian State Duma Deputies, Heads of Russian and European territorial units, banks and insurance sectors representatives, investors, representatives of international community, heads of Russian and European companies, scientists and educators.

In October, In Nizhniy Novgorod took place "Russian Forum-2003". Huge part of its program was devoted to social questions. One of the Forum directions even called: "Societal Response of Business - responsibility in the face of citizens". In a letter to the Forum, Russian President Putin mentioned that has appeared the need to "make a decision for the development and building of civil society in our country".

Chairman of President Committee on Human Rights Ella Pamfilova said that stable and effective development is only possible, when three main actors - power, civil society and business - find ways to interact.

At the basis of such thesis it is very important that the Complex-oil's action of societal response was noticed by general public and supported by media.

Huge part of the seminar was devoted to multi-media projects of Galina Filimonova, professional communicator and manager of cultural projects. She has fulfilled such projects as "Word is not a bird", "UNidentificated objects", "Poems Exhibition" etc.

Everybody is invited to ask questions and discuss situation around the Agreement, its content, common projects of Complex-oil Group and the Theatre, and all other questions they are able to answer - about new theatre projects, plays, plans, tickets etc., about other societal projects of Complex-oil Group.

Complex-oil will help the Theatre to renew its requisite, costumes and equipment. Complex-oil established special fellowships for young actors of the Theatre.

First results of this partnership one can already see at frontage the of the Theatre. It is huge colored poster, made according modern technologies, announcing one of the TYUZ'es plays "Poverty is No Vice".

As Dmitriy Parfenov, President of Complex-oil Group, mentioned at the press-conference devoted to signing of the Agreement: "This action is some kind of call for colleagues-businessmen to be more responsible for the most important questions, which concern something that helps to bring up our children, create standards of culture. Theatre is a powerful resource to influence young people, especially if it is Theatre for Young Spectators"

Art-director of TYUZ Viktor Simakin said that he is looking forward this partnership will be long and productive. With help of Complex-oil Group he hopes to begin work on two new plays - "Inventive in love" and "The History of the State of Russia"

Chairman of Nizhniy Novgorod Regional Parliament Evgeniy Lulin said that this project of Social Partnership is supported and welcomed by Regional Administrative and Legislative Power.

Official signing of the Agreement takes place in Winter Garden of TYUZ, 22nd of November.
