The decision to register the "Complex-oil" trade mark was taken by Russian Agency of Patents and Trademarks, Federal Institute of Industrial Property.

According to the International Classification of Goods and Services used by 136 countries, the trade mark of Complex-oil Company answers the classes 04, 06, 07, 35, 42, which includes such goods as: oil (crude and refined), gasoline, fuel oil, bitumen, lubricating oils and other kinds of oil products; metal containers for storing and transporting, reservoirs, pipe-lines, tank-wagons etc. And also such services as: expert examination of business operations, business consulting, export-import agencies, oil-field developing for exploitation etc.

The Second Annual Conference of the CIS Oil and Gas Traders was held under the aegis of the CIS Intergovernmental Council for Oil & Gas. The Conference took place in Moscow from 21st to 24th of April at the President Hotel. Its organizer was Eco-Technics Consulting Ltd.

In schedule of the Conference was included Training & Consulting Course "Oil & Petroleum Products Trading in the International Markets". The Course was taught by Experts of The International Petroleum Exchange (IPE), London.

The festival "Personality. Career. Success." took place in Nizhny Novgorod from 21st to 24th of April. Its organizer was the Institute of Career Development of Nizhny Novgorod. Forming part of the jury in the competition, the specialists of the personnel department of Complex-oil also participated in the fair of vacancies and in the briefing of employees and students included in the agenda. The winners of the competition were nominated to enter the personnel reserve of Complex-oil Group.

This year over 1500 participants from different countries came to London. The program consisted of 19 sessions. This year the agenda differed from last years in style as well as in contents. There were two special plenary sessions: the first on corporate re-structuring and the second on energy. Here are the subjects of some other sessions: "Development of Oil and Gas Infrastructure", "Russian Corporations and International Markets", "Foreign Investments in Russia", "Consumer Goods Market and Retail", etc. The participants of the Forum were greeted by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and Britain's Prime Minister Tony Blair. In plenary sessions took part Mikhail Khodorkovsky, Aleksey Mordashev, Andrey Kazmin, Viktor Vekselberg, Boris Nemtsov and others.

It is remarkable that by comparison to last years this spring in London Russian average-scale business was represented wider. One of the sessions was even devoted to the problems of development of small-scale and average-scale business. In this session Irina Khakamada, Vice Chairman of State Duma, took part.
