In the beginning of September the Complex-oil Company freezes its prices at the August level
The situation at Russian market seems to be not too profitable for oil-consumers, because of higher oil prices, annual seasonal price rise for commonly needed oil-products, and in addition to that because of the marked up railway tariffs since the 28th of August according to changes in Price-List 10-01 "Tariffs for Freight Transportation and Infrastructure Services Provided by Russian Railways" by Ministry of Railway Transport of Russian Federation. |

Despite this situation the Complex-oil Company is not going to rise its prices for oil-products in the near future. The win in regular tender held by TNK allows Complex-oil to save August price level.

Complex-oil wins TNK tender to deliver gas condensate produced by Rospan International, JSC
Purchasing the large volumes of gas condensate is a part of a refinery program realized by Complex-oil. A part of the whole volume will probably be set out for sale. |

Complex-oil Group became an information partner of the coming soon Forum "Russian Metallurgy to Oil&Gas Complex"
The annual Specialized Forum and the Exhibition "Russian Metallurgy to Oi&Gas complex" takes place from 2nd to 4th of September, 2003 at VVС (All Russia Exhibition Center) with support of Ministry for Science and Technology, Ministry for Energy, Ministry for Atomic Energy of Russian Federation, Gosstandart of Russia, and Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. |

The main purpose of the Forum is promotion of Russian metallurgy production to oil markets. The Forum supports the cooperation of the both leading branches of Russian industry, and also the attraction of additional investments for manufacture development and the rise of technical level of production for oil&gas companies.
At the Forum will be organized special business program, including conferences, seminars and round tables on problems of increasing technical and scientific potential of metallurgists and armouring builders, export development, etc.
Organizers of this business program are the leading Metallurgy Institutes, the biggest producers of metallurgy and its consumers - Russian and international oil companies.

From 24th to 27th of June at the Expocentr at Krasnaya Presnya is held The 7th Moscow International Exhibition "Oil & Gas 2003" (MIOGE 2003) and The Russia Petroleum & Gas Congress
The Russia Petroleum & Gas Congress starts concurrently with the Exhibition. It is held from 24th to 26th of June at Pavilion 2, Blue Hall at the Expocentr at Krasnaya Presnya. President of Complex-oil Group Dmitry Parfenov participates in the Congress as a delegate. |

7th Moscow International Oil & Gas Exhibition (MIOGE 2003) which will host more than 500 companies from 30 different countries. Among the participants of the Exhibition are LUKOIL, ТNК-BP, Rosneft, Yukos, Stroitransgaz, ChevronTexaco, Caterpillar, Honeywell, PetroAlliance Services, Shell, ConocoPhillips, China National Petroleum Co. (CNPC), Statoil, Saipem, Petronas, Fortum, Weatherford, Varco, FMC, Argus and many other (the full list of exhibitors is available at the official MIOGE web-site).

Platts Open Forum on methodology assessments for international crude and oil products starts on 23-d of June in Moscow
Complex-oil representatives participate in a discussion devoted to changes in Platts assessment methodologies. |

Forum will take place in Moscow Marriot Grand Hotel. At the forum Platts will make presentations on recent changes in assessment methodologies for its international crude and oil products assessments, with particular reference to the impact of these on markets in Russia and the CIS. The presentations will be followed by a question and answer session.
After the forum, delegates will be invited to meet with Platts editors covering the crude and products market to discuss any detailed or specific areas concerning Platts methodologies.
