Complex-oil Group suspended its bond trades
On 30 July 2008 on the threshold of another coupon payment the trades of Complex-oil Group bonds were suspended (issued by Complex Finance LLC). The price of the last transaction before the close of the trades was 99,99% of par value. Yield to put was 12,93% per year.

Hockey academy in N.Novgorod is real!
The idea of building an all-Russia hockey academy in N.Novgorod region was announced at the press-conference dedicated to a charitable activity by Olympic Champion Alexey Kovalev “To Russian Children”. The participants on the press-conference in N.Novgorod Kremlin on 18 July were N.Novgorod regional governor Valery Shantsev, Olympic champion in ice hockey Alexey Kovalev, world champion and the best January 2008 NHL player Alexander Ovechkin, Complex-oil Group president Dmitry Parfenov and N.Novgorod regional club director Yuri Groshev.

Complex-oil Group president Dmitry Parfenov and head of the project Andrey Balukhtin conducted a meeting with Minister for economy, technology and trade of Thuringia region (Germany) Jurgen Reinholz. The meeting was conducted within Intersectoral cooperative exchange of business contacts event. The event aimed at development of cooperation between N.Novgorod and Thuringen entrepreneurs was held on 27-28 May 2008 on N.Novgorod fair.

Complex-oil Group to Soviet War Memorial in Berlin
In advance of WWII Victory Day Soviet War Memorial was opened in Berlin. Memorial in Tiergarten is again open to visitors after repair and maintenance works initiated by President of Nizhny Novrogod region Company “Complex-oil” – Dmitry Parfenov. The works were supported and conducted by Berlin Senate and financed both from Complex-oil funds and private funds of Dmitry Parfenov. Due to a new light system the Memorial now could be seen both during day and night time.
